Values

MASSAGE THERAPY: I've been going to Dana for a number of years now. From day one she has been professional and caring, each time I'm there she asks how my back has been doing and what issues I have today that I'd like her to work on. She has different techniques that she uses to help me get relief along with advise on stretches that I can do to help. Chesterland is fortunate to have such a caring Massotherapist.

MASSAGE THERAPY: If you've got body aches due to sleeping wrong, or maybe working in the yard, or even a slip and fall. Dana can help. She is very knowledgeable in massotherapy and usually can provide relief. She has applied her techniques to myself and my daughter. I would recommend Dana..

WELLNESS CLASS: I began this year know that I needed to begin taking better care of myself yet I lacked the motivation to do so. Dana's class helped me with both! This information she provided helped me better understand my body type and that let to discovering new foods, new food combinations and recipes that made me feel better. I loved the tips that the classes provided that included exercises, tapping, lymph drainage and breathing. I highly recommend

WELLNESS CLASS: It's a great way to learn about your Ayurvedic body type, how and how to take care of yourself. Learning about the emotions, food, and looking at every day "stuff" is life changing. I think on of the best parts for me, was the reminder that we can make our changes little by little and one step at a time. Thanks Dana!
