Are 30- 45 minutes  and are booked every   3-4 weeks after Initial Earthly Balance Wellness Coaching session. 

 These sessions are a way to give space between sessions to work on your goals.  

But also, they are very important at giving you the support to  keep the momentum and progress going .

Introductory 3 Session Wellness Classes

Class 1:  You will begin to explore and learn about your personal Constitution.  Finding your imbalance and balance in your body.  

Class 2:  Begin to learn about the cycle of the day and how you can find your personal balance.

Class 3:  Exploring the 6 Flavors of Food & Herbs (Sweet, Sour, Salty, Pungent, Bitter, Astringent) And how they effect your constitution. 

These classes goals are to  begin shifts in your lifestyle to help bring balance to your personal constitution.

Massage may be a new experience for you.  So I have listed below answers to some the most commonly asked questions.

  1. Your massage will take place in a quiet private room with soft music, the temperature adjusted to your needs.
  2. During the massage you will lay face up and face down with your head in a face cradle.  If you are pregnant or uncomfortable a side-lying position will be used.
  3. Your modesty and privacy will be respected throughout the massage.  You will be covered with a sheet to keep you warm and comfortable, only the body part being massage is uncovered.  If more comfortable you may leave your clothes on.
  4. This is a time to remove the stress from you life and relax.  During this time, taking deep breaths will enhance your relaxation.
  5. During the massage feel free to ask for assistance in moving to a more comfortable position or for the therapist to adjust the pressure.
