Massage may be a new experience for you.  So I have listed below answers to some the most commonly asked questions.

1. Your massage will take place in a quiet private room with soft music, the temperature adjusted to your needs.
2. During the massage you will lay face up and face down with your head in a face cradle.  If you are pregnant or uncomfortable a side-lying position will be used.
3. Your modesty and privacy will be respected throughout the massage.  You will be covered with a sheet to keep you warm and comfortable, only the body part being massage is uncovered.  If more comfortable you may leave your clothes on.
4. This is a time to remove the stress from you life and relax.  During this time, taking deep breaths will enhance your relaxation.
5. During the massage feel free to ask for assistance in moving to a more comfortable position or for the therapist to adjust the pressure.

Throughout your healing journey please understand it takes time, curiosity to learn what is beneficial, commitment and effort to make these shifts to live a more harmonious lifestyle.  

The average time for change can be 6-12 months.

• First Initial Ayurveda appointment is 90 – 120 Minutes. 
  • This appointment includes:
    •  An In Depth  health history / Dosha finding.
    • Learning about your natural tendencies (Prakruti) and evaluating your imbalances (Vikruti).  
    • Begin the journey of nurturing suggestions that will support your personal Ayurveda’s constitution.
    • We will work with 3 major pillars:  Sleep, Digestion and Energy.  This will include the flow of your daily schedule, food/herb suggestions, and creating positive energy from activities/ exercise , creating more positive inputs in your life and decreasing  negative inputs and much more.
• Second & Third appointment is a 45- 60 Minute Follow up appointment every 3-4 weeks after. 
  • Will review your report findings from initial appointment
  • Support your initial Ayurveda goals 
  • Continue to create your Ayurveda Wellness protocol, while working with 3 major Pillars: Sleep, Digestion, Energy.
• Additional Appointments are 30 Minute Follow up appointments every 3-4 weeks.
