In addition you can take a deeper dive into wellness with our Ayurveda Wellness Coaching Program where we assess your Constitutions/Dosha’s and work together to build on 3 Major Pillars of your life: Sleep & Rejuvenation, Digestion, Energy/ Rhythm/ Movement.
